Know a young person who needs support?
Referrals are accepted from courts, probation officers, schools, families, social workers, and community organisations. Young people aged 15–24 who are justice-involved or transitioning from foster care are eligible. We respond to every referral within 48 hours.

We are looking for housing providers, employers, training organisations, legal aid services, health providers, and community organisations who want to be part of a coordinated reentry ecosystem. Partnership is structured, supported, and always centred on participant outcomes.

Volunteers support programme activities, group sessions, life skills workshops, and community events. All volunteers complete a screening and orientation process. We match your skills and availability to where you can make the most difference.

Be the consistent adult in someone's corner.
Mentors provide one-on-one support to programme participants — meeting regularly, setting goals together, and offering the kind of steady, non-judgemental presence that changes lives. Programme alumni are especially encouraged to apply. All mentors complete a structured training and matching process.

Our VR Trades Training programme produces certified young tradespeople in construction, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Employer partners get early access to our graduate pipeline, supported onboarding, and ongoing retention support. Minnesota's trades workforce shortage is real — and we are building the solution.
