Impact & Accountability

We Measure What Matters.

Dunamis Diversion tracks 28+ outcome indicators across five domains — not because we are required to, but because accountability to young people demands it. Here is how we define success.

Outcomes, Not Outputs.

Most programmes count what is easy to count: beds filled, sessions attended, referrals made. We count those too. But our framework goes further — tracking the indicators that actually tell us whether a young person's life is changing.

We are pre-launch. That means we do not yet have programme results to report. What we do have is a rigorous, transparent framework — built from evidence, shaped by the communities we serve — that will govern how we measure, report, and improve from day one.

This page is our public commitment to that framework. When results come, they will be reported here.

Pre-Launch. Framework Ready.

Dunamis Diversion is pre-launch. We do not yet have programme results to report. When we do, this page will be updated with real data — cohort by cohort, year by year. Our commitment to transparency starts now, before the first result comes in.

28+ Outcome Indicators

Five Domains of Success

The most fundamental measure of success: whether a young person remains safe and avoids further justice system involvement. These indicators track recidivism, victimisation, and legal stability over time.

No new arrests within 12 months of programme entry
No new convictions within 24 months of programme entry
Successful completion of diversion or probation conditions
Reduction in risk score (validated assessment tool)
No substantiated child protection involvement
Safe and stable living situation at 6, 12, and 24 months

Our Framework

Built on Evidence. Shaped by Community.

Our outcome framework draws on established evidence bases including the Risk-Need-Responsivity model, Positive Youth Development theory, and the Transition to Adulthood literature. It has been shaped by consultation with young people with lived experience, community organisations, and justice system practitioners.

We use validated assessment tools at intake, at programme milestones, and at 6, 12, and 24 months post-exit. Data is collected with participant consent, stored securely, and reported in aggregate to protect individual privacy.

We are committed to publishing our outcomes publicly — including the ones that challenge us — because accountability to the young people we serve requires nothing less.
